Position Description

Responsibilities / Duties

  • Parts Coordinator – Integral to most aspects of equipment and maintenance shop operation
  • Registration of light duty and heavy duty equipment
  • Assist managing time sheets / vacations for all shop employees
  • Track and report on fuel delivery and usage
  • Invoicing and PO’s
  • Processing equipment time, inventory, and work orders
  • Other duties as assigned

Minimum Required Experience

  • 2 years related to parts inventory or equipment / maintenance shop
  • Proficient at Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Customer service and people skills
  • dispatching / setting appointments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Typing 60 wpm
  • Knowledge of DVIRs (vehicle inspections and maintenance)
  • 2290’s
  • Knowledge of registration and titles for light and heavy duty vehicles and heavy duty equipment
  • Work proposals, invoicing, billing
