Due to the tremendous growth in the Construction industry, Buesing Corp is now offering Apprenticeship programs to newly hired and current employees. In order to be eligible to apply employees must satisfy the minimum qualifications listed below. These apprenticeships offer a National Certification recognized by the United States Department of Labor, and the State of Arizona Department of Economic Security. Minimum Qualifications for Apprenticeship

Minimum Qualifications for Apprenticeship

  • Minimum age 18 years.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Applicants will be tested for the use of controlled substances and may be required to perform a physical ability screening on acceptance into the program and prior to being employed.
  • All applicants must pass each section of an aptitude test, including skills assessment and pre-apprenticeship internship. Applicants will be selected from Internship based on aptitude, skills assessment and supervisor referral.
  • Current Buesing Corp employee in good standing.

  • 6000 Hours On The Job Learning
  • 432 Hours of Additional Instruction
  • Scheduled Raises Every 1000 Hours Completed

Heavy Equipment Mechanic Apprenticeship

  • 6000 Hours On The Job Learning
